MUMBAI : The Ramayana is a timeless Hindu epic that is brought to life in 'Shrimad Ramayan' with a deep commitment to authenticity, cultural reverence, and contemporary sensibility. The Ramayana unfolds through the voyage of Ram, a mortal who ascends to become Purushottam, the paragon among men, transcending his own inherent limitations.

The reason why the show has been shifted from Sony TV to Sab TV is because of Kaun Banega Crorepati being launched and the channel couldn’t end Srimad Ramayan because of the ongoing track and how popular it is among the audience and hence the shift of the channel happened.
The new chapter of the divine tale of Shrimad Ramayan explores the joys and trials of Lord Ram and Sita’s life after their return to Ayodhya and the birth of their twins Luv and Kush.
Earlier, when the Preserver Vishnu bows to Indra in Dashrath's navel, destiny begins to weave the epic tale of Rama's reign.
Later, Shupranakha instigates Ram against Sita.
Further, Joy fills the air as Sita arrives, but Ram's sudden intervention stops everything.
