MUMBAI: Swaran Ghar is produced by Sargun Mehta and Ravi Dubey’s Dreamiyata Productions. It explores the strained equations between parents and children. Ravi and Sargun's first production 'Udaariyaan' on the same channel is working wonders on the small screens.

Earlier, Swaran tries to convince Kanwal to not arrange a party in this condition but he does not listen.
Meanwhile, Nimmo informs Kiran about the anniversary party and suggests convincing Vikram to sell Swaran Ghar.
Here Kiran speaks to Vikram about selling the property for the treatment of her father so that she gets half the share of the property.
Later, a property dealer visits Swaran Ghar and he loves the house.
Swaran asks him if he has come to give them the tickets thinking that he is a travel agent sent by Nakul.
To Swaran's shock, the agent tells her that he has come to sell the house as her sons asked him.
Swaran loses her temper and asks him to leave saying that the house is gifted to her by her husband and she does not want to sale it.
Will Swaran be forced to sell the house?
