In the previous episode, Jasmine gets stuck by the flashback of Amreek’s memories when Fateh comes in and tells her to pack her bags as the time has come to leave for India. Jasmine, who is drenched in the sorrow of losing her husband, is reluctant as she is stressed about facing the family back home.
Fateh tries his best to convince her and get to pack her bags. As she gets ready to leave with a heavy heart, Tanya reaches her apartment and agrees to travel with them and pretend to be Tejo.
On the other side in India, Gurpreet is all excited as she prepares multiple dishes. Everybody in the Sandhu family is wondering why Fateh has called all of them to the Virk house. As the three of them travel back in the car, Fateh is struck by the flashbacks of Amreek and they tell Tanya about Tejo on their way back home.
As they reach, everyone is shocked to see Tanya as they think it is Tejo.

In the upcoming episode, Tanya and Fateh get into a fight as Tanya won’t be able to prepare the thali.
Tanya gets upset and leaves from there. Later, Fateh comes to her, still upset about the thali. He tells her that this is not the time for this drama as Tejo wouldn’t have done something like this.
Tanya stops her right then as she is fed up with Fateh taking Tejo’s name again and again and comparing her to Tejo for everything.
She tells her that she is not Tejo and this act of pretending like her is hard as she has to take care of so many names, members, relations, and what not.
Fateh tells her that he just lost his brother recently so if she expects a pat on the back then that’s not going to happen as all this is hard even for him but he is doing it just for his mother.
Tanya gets furious as Fateh looks at her angrily.
