The show is set in a Marathi backdrop and depicts a wife’s emotional rollercoaster journey and how she transforms her reluctant husband into a responsible person, which at some level affects the family. It portrays the story of Kanwar Dhillon as Sachin and Neha Hasora as Sayali and the details of the relationships and equations.

We saw in the most recent episode of Udne Ki Asha how Aaji intended to finish Sachin and Sailee's marriage ceremony.
Aaji desired to complete all tasks in the hamlet, but Sachin and Sailee were forced to return due to the mess Sachin found himself in.
Aaji would travel to Mumbai by herself to do all necessary tasks since she is aware that Renuka will never take action on Sachin and Sailee's behalf.
In the next episodes, we'll see that Renuka becomes enraged at learning of Aaji's scheme and will once more go for Sailee.
