MUMBAI: Sony SAB’s upcoming family drama Vanshaj is all set to take its audiences into the grand world of the Mahajans. Fuelled by politics, love and intricate family dynamics Vanshaj will showcase the life of a legacy business family.

Previously, DJ and Gargi plan not just marriage but they will make sure that the restaurant closes down as well, so that Yuvika goes away forever. DJ plants seeds of insecurity in Kartik’s mind regarding Neil and Yuvika.
Later, Yuvika comes to meet Sophie but as soon as Sophie sees Yuvika, she runs away. Yuvika and Neil chase Sophie and try to stop her but it gets too late as Sophie unfortunately gets hit by a car, leaving Yuvika stunned.
Further, Yuvika sees Sophie, but the latter quickly leaves on seeing Yuvika. Yuvika chases after Sophie but then something terrible happens: Sophie gets hit by a car. Yuvika is really shocked and upset.
Now, Yuvika catches sight of a man wearing a hoodie hiding in Sophie's room. When the man spots Yuvika, he makes a quick getaway and later meets someone.
