MUMBAI: Sab TV's popular sitcom Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (TMKOC) began airing on July 28, 2008, almost 13 years back.
It is the longest-running Indian sitcom. After having so many achievements in the past, the show has reached yet another milestone and has successfully completed 3,000 episodes. Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma has kept the audience on the edge of their seats with its current drama revolving around the kala bazaar.
In the upcoming episodes, it will be seen that Popatlal will once again be proposed! The receptionist in the show will soon show interest in Popatlal. While Popatlal will be seen falling head over heels in love with her, she will be a part of the black market racket.

As most know, the Taarak Mehta team has been shooting at Silvassa ever since there have been lockdown restrictions in Mumbai. The team is taking extra precautions and is restricted to the bio bubble.
But one thing they can’t wait for is for the lockdown to get over. And as reports of the same have surfaced; Kush Shah, Palak Sidhwani and others are already celebrating.
Sunayana Fozdar took to her Instagram a while back and shared an entertaining video with the Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah gang. Kush Shah, Samay Shah, Ambika Ranjankar, Azhar Shaikh can be seen dancing alongside the tunes of the Punjabi track 'Oh Ho Ho Ho'.
