MUMBAI: Yeh Hai Chahatein is a passionate love story between a famous rockstar, Rudraksh Khurana, and a gynecologist, Dr. Preesha Srinivasan, who fall in love while raising his brother’s son, Saransh, together.

In the previous episode, Revati very happily informs Rudraksh that he is soon going to be a father as Preesha is pregnant. Rudraksh gets very excited and hugs Preesha.
Later, Revati observes that GPS is almost successful in escaping and thinks of a way to stop him.
Later, as Preesha fails to tell Rudraksh the truth every time, she tries another way to communicate. She makes a letter with cut-outs on it and sends it to Rudraksh via a servant. Rudraksh receives the letter and gets shocked reading it.

In the upcoming episode, Preesha tries a different way of communicating Revati’s truth to Rudraksh by indirectly giving him a letter with alphabet cut-outs. Unfortunately, Preesha gets a call from Revati where she sees that Ruhi is with her. Revati reveals that she knows about the letter as she had seen her going to the security guard with it. Revati threatens Preesha that if Rudraksh reads the letter, anything can happen to Ruhi, maybe she will get kidnapped and never be found or killed in an accident. Preesha gets scared and thinks of a way to stop Rudraksh from reading the letter.
