MUMBAI: Yeh Hai Chahatein is a passionate love story between a famous rockstar, Rudraksh Khurana, and a gynecologist, Dr. Preesha Srinivasan, who fall in love while raising his brother’s son, Saransh, together.

In the previous episode, Preesha and Yuvraj come face to face and Yuvraj tells her that all he wants to do is break Preesha and Rudraksh apart.
Later, Revati comes to Preesha and shows her a video. in which GPS will be seen tied to a chair, asking for Preesha's help. Seeing this, Preesha gets terrified and starts wondering how to save GPS and stop Revati.

In the upcoming episode, Preesha wakes up next to Rudraksh and gets a text message from Alia where she thanks Preesha for giving her time with Revati. She informs her that she has to leave now. Preesha figures out that Revati must have sent Alia away in order to stop her from taking Alia’s advantage. Preesha goes to talk to Alia as without her, she won’t be able to control Revati. To Preesha’s shock, Revati sits in the room waiting for Preesha to come. Revati informs her that Alia left long ago. Revati makes it very clear to her that she lost her son and so, Preesha will have to lose her son too. Revati shows her the video of Saransh and Dev fighting on the school terrace. Preesha feels shocked seeing this video.
