MUMBAI: Yeh Hai Chahatein is a passionate love story between a famous rockstar, Rudraksh Khurana, and a gynecologist, Dr. Preesha Srinivasan, who fall in love while raising his brother’s son, Saransh, together.

In the previous episode, Preesha and Yuvraj come face to face and Yuvraj tells her that all he wants to do is break Preesha and Rudraksh apart.
Later, Revati comes to Preesha and shows her a video. in which GPS will be seen tied to a chair, asking for Preesha's help. Seeing this, Preesha gets terrified and starts wondering how to save GPS and stop Revati.

In the upcoming episode, Preesha and Revati get into a war of words, where Revati reveals how she is planning to ruin Preesha’s life by putting her son, Saransh in jail as revenge with the video she has.
Later, as Preesha prepares to leave, she quickly snatches Revati’s phone and tries to walk away but just then, she gets dizzy and falls on the floor unconscious. Later, Preesha wakes up with Revati sitting next to her with a happy face, ready to give her good news.
