MUMBAI: Yeh Hai Chahatein is a passionate love story between a famous rockstar, Rudraksh Khurana, and a gynecologist, Dr. Preesha Srinivasan, who fall in love while raising his brother’s son, Saransh, together.

In the previous episode, the doctor informs Preesha and Rudraksh that de-toxifying Ruhi is being difficult and she may not survive. Later, the nurse comes out and informs Rudraksh that Ruhi’s condition is getting better but they still need to pray. Meanwhile, Preesha learns that Revati brought the snake in the house.

In the upcoming episode, Preesha opens up to the doctor and requests him to support her in front of the police. The doctor knowing the kind of woman Preesha is, agrees, thinking that Preesha must be doing something right.
Therefore, later when the police come to the hospital, the doctor lies to them saying that Ruhi consumed chalk powder and not drugs. Revati feels disappointed as her plan is ruined but she figures out that probably Preesha knows about her intentions and that’s why she was able to come on time with the doctor.
Preesha on the other hand, is determined to save her family from Revati's evil games.
