According to the track, Abhimanyu and Akshara are not getting time to spend with each other. 

Abhimanyu is all tied up with back-to-back surgeries. 

Abhimanyu wants to be with Akshara but he is away from her owing to work and ends up spending more time with Aarohi. 

However, in the end, after everything is done he gets some time to spend with Akshara.
