As per sources, Abhimanyu and Manjiri win the case and bring Abhir to Birla House without his permission. Abhir doesn’t want to stay away from Abhinav and Akshara as he loves them a lot.

He makes it very clear that he cannot live without Akshara and Abhinav and hence, wants them back. Abhimanyu feels guilty of breaking his son’s heart but will not be able to part ways with him.
