When Manjari comes to see Abhir, he suddenly falls in her arms.
When she will rush Abhir to the hospital, the doctors will reveal to her that Abhir's condition is worsening as his heart problem has resurfaced.
The doctors in Birla Hospital will inform Akshara that only Abhimanyu can save Abhir.
Akshara will not waste any time and beg Abhimanyu to treat her son and save his life once again because if anything happens to him now, she will die as well.
Abhimanyu will also get worried and will promise to give his best and save their son.
