It appears that Abhira and Armaan will be seen on opposing sides of justice when the courtroom session begins. Abhira will battle for justice for her brother Abhir, while Armaan will defend his mother Vidhya.
The first person to be called as a witness is Manish, who will request to speak about Vidhya. He will disclose that they discovered Vidhya was the driver, but she refused to take responsibility for her actions. He would also disclose that Vidhya disliked Abhir and even betrayed him because of a miscommunication.
Manish will be seen disputing and refusing to accept that Vidhya could have done such a thing to Abhir when the lawyer later asks if Vidhya intentionally caused the accident. The fact that Manish did not portray his mother as a criminal will please Armaan.
Since she is aware that Vidhya did not purposely cause this accident, Abhira was previously seen asking Manish to refrain from speaking negatively about the Poddar Family.
