When Vidya questions Kaveri about why she let Abhira attend the party, she responds that she wanted to give Abhira a test and see what else she could have done to stick to her word.
Kaveri informs her that she wants to know if Abhira is responsible and that she wants her to be responsible. After the marriage, she promises to offer her greater responsibilities.
After giving the Bank a call, Abhira completes the form asking for the guarantee. Kaveri promises to become one, surprising and delighting Abhira in the process.
They discover later in the Janmashtami Puja that the Player is not functioning, to which Kaveri replies they may continue without the Music. But the Song is Sung by Abhira.
As everyone is enthralled with her song, Abhira lies to Manish, telling him she learned it in the temple, when he asks her. Ruhi becomes suspicious.
