Ruhi was apparently unwilling to live in the same place as Akshara following the death of her mother Aarohi, therefore it appears that Akshara had to give up her opulent existence and struggle through life. Ruhi loathed Akshara for years since she believed that she was the cause of her mother's demise.
She did, however, have a secret affection for her cousin brother Abhir, with whom she shared a particular affinity. Because Abhimanyu was the most unique person in her life—she called him Poopy—she also missed him.
Ruhi will soon come to terms with the fact that Abhimanyu and Akshara Abhir are no longer alive, and her existence will crumble before her eyes. Never in her wildest dreams had she thought she wouldn't be able to see them ever again.
Since Ruhi will believe that Akshara's loneliness and sadness stemmed from her irritation and rage, Ruhi will feel guilty even though Akshara had her complete family.
