MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has become the longest-running show on TV right now. 

The upcoming episode of the show is filled with a lot of twists and turns. 

It was earlier seen that Abhimanyu and Akshara were getting crazy about their marriage. Finally, their wedding takes place. 

Post the Griha Pravesh drama, Abhimanyu and Akshara go to their room and Abhimanyu receives an important message that his patient is critical. 

Akshara asks Abhi to go instead of waiting. Abhimanyu starts running to the hospital and performs the critical surgery and saves the life. 

While Abhimanyu is in stress, Akshara is alone at home talking to his shirt
