The plot of Ziddi Dil Maane Na revolves around a team of young special agents and cadets who come together at the Parakram Academy and are a part of the Special Action Force. Special Agents Karan Shergill, Sanjana Dubey, and Faizuddin Siddiqui are in charge of training the civilians.
Things start to change when Dr. Monami Mahajan joins Parakram SAF as a cadet and challenges Karan at every step and does what she thinks is right.
