The show which was the second for Ravi Ojha Productions, after their successful debut on Star Plus with Sasural Genda Phool apparently did not click with the audience, and the ratings never showed an upward graph.

Sad news for the fans of Zee TV’s <em>Choti Bahu</em> produced by DJ’s A Creative Unit. The show is all set to say goodbye as the channel has decided to pull the plug on it. Yes, <em>Choti Bahu</em> is going off and its last shooting date is 17 May 2012. Our sources have informed that the makers approached the channel with the proposal of shifting it to the 6.30pm slot, but received an answer in negative. Then they again sent a proposal stating to make <em>Choti Bahu</em> a bi-weekly. The channel resented to give a nod the second time round also.

The news came in filtering that the show is all set to go off air on 13 February 2012. It was confirmed news. But now there is a change in the scheme of things. The journey of super hero <em> Arslaan</em> that was started just few months ago on Sony is coming to an end now. The show was started on a huge scale with a big budget but unfortunately it couldn’t last long. A source from the production house informed, “Sony had put<em> Arslaan</em> under the scanner for sometime but now they have taken the final call. Arslaan is going off-air on October 19 as it couldn’t garner the expected TRPs.”

Just days after the news of Saroj Khan’s contract with<em> Nachle Ve </em> coming to an end and the hunt on for another choreographer now comes the news that Imagine’s flagship show is being yanked off. This did come as a surprise as the show was a top runner initially. It was only recently that the TRPs dipped and the channel was compelled to end its deal with SOL, the production house. We called up Fazila from SOL to confirm the news and all she said was, “Please ask the channel about it.”
