The twist in the tale here comes in when Rhea overhears the full conversation and gets upset. Rhea goes to Ranbir and asks him why he treats her like a band-aid.

Ranbir had asked Prachi to be in front of him everytime he cut his birthday cake. In return, Prachi asks for a promise that after cutting the cake, he will have to give the first bite to her.

Ranbir and Prachi have their moment of silent awkwardness when they both recall their past birthday celebration which used to be full of love.

A huge drama takes place when Ranbir can't take Aliya and Rhea's drama anymore, and so he swears to take revenge on them.

Rhea begins her new dirty game, not just to get Pallavi in her favour, but also to influence Ranbir to come back.

Ranbir was secretly following Rhea and Sid as he had his doubts, when he sees Alia walking away.

Alia appreciates Rhea's plan and tells her that she is very proud of her and her plan. When Rhea pretends to be in pain, Pallavi assures her that she will get Prachi to apologise to her, but Sid overhears this.  

Shahana witnesses this crime and informs Prachi about it. The major twist in the story takes place when Ranbir makes a huge decision.
