<p>Anupamaa feels disheartened by Pakhi’s behaviour and now Pakhi’s demand of staying at the Kapadia house stuns her while on the other hand, Vanraj opposes Pakhi’s decision and is adamant to take her back to the Shah house to which Anupamaa supports Vanraj going against Pakhi’s will</p>

<p>Pakhi gets jealous to see Anuj gifting costly gifts to choti Anu and Barkha takes the opportunity to ignite Pakhi against Anupamaa and Anuj and this creates a major tiff between Pakhi and Anupamaa</p>

<p>Anupamaa refuses to accept Barkha’s gift on behalf of Pakhi while this irks Pakhi who in turn asks Anupamaa as to why she has accepted the costly diamond set gifted by Anuj that leaves Anupamaa dumb for a moment</p>

<p>Anupamaa breaks down as she fails to attend Kinjal’s appointment due to choti Anu’s accident wherein Vanraj and Baa accuse her of failing to perform her responsibilities with the arrival of the little girl, however the entire family gets shocked to learn the actual truth</p>

<p>Anupamaa feels shocked to see Pakhi with Adhik in the Kapadia house while Barkha welcomes the duo with great charm and smiles as the brother sister ploy against Pakhi</p>

<p>Anupamaa misses Kinjal’s appointment as choti Anu meets with accidents wherein Anupamaa reaches the hospital directly to meet Kinjal who is accompanied by Samar and Toshu for the sonography following which Kinjal develops anxiety and assumes Anupamaa has forgotten her post choti Anu’s arrival in her life</p>

<p>Anuj consoles Sara when she gets emotional to see Choti Anu being happy with whatever she gets and enjoying breakfast with the family while on the other hand, Adhik directs Barkha to be nice to Choti Anu as he has an evil plan to spoil the happiness</p>

<p>Kinjal is skeptical about Anupamaa post choti Anu’s arrival in Anuj-Anupamaa’s life following which she is in dilemma to ask Anupamaa’s help for her sonography test wherein Kavya turns Kinjal’s cheerleader in her last phase of pregnancy</p>

<p>Vanraj and Kavya sort out their differences and come close wherein Vanraj feels good and delighted that he will seek Kavya’s support in his difficult phase</p>
