The ‘controversy queen’ now wants to try her hands at fiction shows. Says Rakhi, “I have already done films, non-fiction shows but never a daily soap. I can play a glamorous or a non-glam one depending on the channel as they are the ones who call the shots.”

Gavie Chahal believes in taking up new challenges when it comes to work. After debuting on television with Colors’ Mohe Rang De, the actor has had a good stint with Punjabi films. Recently, he spread his wings and made a name for himself in Bollywood with the Salman Khan starrer, <em>Ek Tha Tiger</em>. And now the tall and handsome Gavie is busy auditioning for PTC Punjabi’s beauty pageant this year along with Divya Dutta. He will be seen as a judge on the panel of Miss Punjabi which will air on the channel from 10 September 2012.

The play stars Poonam Dhillon and Aasif Sheikh. <em>U Turn</em> is originally a hit play in Marathi and has been bestowed with many awards. It has now been adapted in Hindi.
