Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd. Today (17 May 2012) announced the appointment of <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/why-imagine-tvs-vivek-bahl-shying-away-media-after-channels-closure>Vivek Bahl</a> as the Network Advisor Content. As a part of this new role, Vivek's immediate focus will be to work on the regional channels the group plans to get into. Besides he will also play a strategic role in planning, development of new content. He will report to Raj Nayak, CEO – Colors and will have a parallel line of reporting to the Regional Head.

While one Bush is busy hobnobbing with the Prime Minister, the other Bush is chatting up the muppets on a television show. Laura Bush visited the sets of <em>Galli Galli Sim Sim</em> which is the Indian version of Sesame Street and will be aired on Cartoon Network and Pogo. She will appear on one of the shows as a special guest when the series will be launched later this year.

Six kids. One competition, and a month long stint in front of the camera. Atiuttam and Swarali are the two lucky kids amongst the chosen six, who will host a Cartoon Network show, <em>PowerPuff Girls</em>.
The two have been chosen from Mumbai, through auditions in 16 cities during the Powerpuff Generation Contest held in June this year. This is for the first time in the history of the channel that it would have live hosts.
