Vineet Raina is playing a negative lead in the show tentatively titled <em> Maa</em> on Zee TV which is produced by Shakuntala. This is the first time that Vineet will be seen playing a negative role. His character in this show is contradictory to his image of a nice and simple boy that he attained with shows like <em> Maayka</em> and <em> Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hai</em>.
