Viaan who previously thought Katha was a gold digger, made her an indecent offer. But after learning the truth, that she is in fact very loyal to her company, feels extremely guilty and now wants to win her heart. 

Katha’s father-in-law refused to help her and threw her out of the house. Kailash meanwhile will realize his mistake and offer the money to Katha. The latter on seeing his number will be upset as when she needed him the most he wasn’t there so now she wants nothing to do with him. 

Katha meets Viaan and asks for a loan of Rs 1 crore. The latter however offers her an indecent proposal of spending the night with him in return for the funds. Seeing nothing to be above her son’s life, Katha will accept Viaan’s indecent proposal.
