Both the shows will go off air on 3 February 2012.

Star Plus’ “number one afternoon show Hamari Devrani” will take a leap of 17 years and so Bhakti’s daughter Aastha will grow up and will celebrate her 17th birthday. The major twist in the tale will be Bhakti’s death which has been aired in today’s episode and in the coming two episodes the family will be shown performing the post-death rituals. Aastha will be played by fresh face Vidhi Sindhwad.

Raghunath Nanavati and his family which has been creating havoc in the Nanavati mansion in <em><a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/y2k9/jun/3jun/news_devrani.php>Hamari Devrani</a></em> will soon return to Canada by the end of this month. This would mark the end of their track on the show. Raghunath (Prashant Barot) came to India with his wife Dimpy (Harsha Jagdish), son Tarun (Nimit Vaishnavi) and daughter-in-law Chandramukhi (Priyanka Shah).

Star Plus’ afternoon family drama <em> Hamari Devrani </em> has completed a successful run of 100 episodes. This Shobhana Desai production was an instant hit amongst audiences. The show is an emotional saga of the protagonist Bhakti who is the youngest daughter-in-law of the Nanavati family who becomes the victim to scheming sisters-in-law.
