<strong>Personal fitness mantra:</strong> My personal fitness mantra is a good 25 minutes jogging every alternate day and positive thinking.
<strong>Personal diet mantra:</strong> Is proper combination of food at least seven times a day and avoiding oily food. I also drink lots of water, fruits juices and eat lots of green vegetables.
<strong>Exercise routine:</strong> Cardio exercises thrice a week and weight training thrice a week and one day of rest.
