Definitely food is the elixir of life. Food is the fuel of life and without good and healthy fuel the engine of life becomes obsolete.

Yes, I am a big time foodie. I love good and tasty food.
Are you a veg or non-veg?
I was a non- vegetarian but now I am a vegetarian.
Favourite cuisine : Mughlai, Chinese and Thai.
Favourite dish : My favourite dish is vegetables in Thai curry with steamed rice.
Favourite restaurant: China House and Urban Tadka
A must at my breakfast table...
Tomato ketchup
Sugar or sugarfree for my tea/coffee... Sugar free tea.
Lunch generally consists of… Two chapatis, pulses, vegetable and yoghurt.
Dinner generally consists of… Salads and at times a barbeque paneer
Dessert delights: I generally avoid desserts. But occasionally I indulge in kheer or rabri.
One thing I can’t resist… Icecream.
My favourite drink (non-alcoholic)… Sweet lime juice.
My favourite drink (alcoholic)… I don’t drink.
At parties I have… I generally don’t go to parties but if I go then I only have juices or Red Bull.
Most unusual dish I've tasted… The most unusual dish was this sweet which one of my friend brought from Pondicherry but I don’t remember the name.
On the streets, I love to have… Pani Puri
One place I would never eat again… I would not eat at any unhygienic place.

Your favourite recipe…
Peas paratha
Ingredients:-
1 ? cups flour,1 teaspoon oil for mixing, water for mixing,1 onion (chopped finely),100 gms green peas (mashed),1/2 tsp ginger- garlic paste,1 tablespoon tomato puree,100 g potatoes (boiled and mashed).Salt to taste, 1 tsp green chilli paste, ghee / oil for mixing
Method :
Add one teaspoon oil to the flour, mix and add enough water to bind to a smooth dough. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.Heat two teaspoon oil and fry onions till brown. Add mashed green peas, ginger- garlic paste and tomato puree, potatoes, salt and green chilli paste. Keep stirring on low heat for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool. Divide the mixture into marble sized balls for the filling.Divide the flour dough into lemon sized balls. Roll them into cup shapes. Place the filling ball in the centre of each and close the dough ball so as to cover it fully. Roll out into parathas and roast on a hot tawa, adding oil as required, till done. Serve hot with tomato sauce / curd/ pickle.
