Vishnu Bholwani roped in for Sony TV’s Ladies Special

Neena Gupta, last seen in Sony’s <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/ladies-special-goes-air-accommodate-bayttaab>Ladies Special</a> is now returning to TV in Zee’s forthcoming <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/zee-promises-unique-take-saas-bahu>Dil Se Diya Vachan</a>. A source informs, “Neena Gupta has been finalized to play important characters. Though nothing can be said right now, Neena Gupta has given the nod and will be playing the mother-in-law.” On her part Gupta did not comment on anything but asked us to call her back in a few days.

<a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/snippets/fifth-lady-ladies-special>Shilpa Tulaskar</a>, last seen in <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/gossip/ladies-special-not-having-smooth-ride>Ladies Special</a>, <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/gossip/trouble-brewing-dmg-sets>Dill Mill Gayye</a> and Palchin to name a few shows, will enter ‘<em><a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/nivedita-siddharth-go-secret-date-chand-chupa>Chand Chupa Baadal Mein</a></em>’ this week.

A few days ago we reported about Sony’s Ladies Special meeting a premature end. The show goes off air tomorrow and from what we hear,it will have a very low-key ending. Ashita Dhawan who plays Babli will be seen in the last episode of the show. She will be seen stepping out of a train with a voiceover saying there are many more unfold stories in every compartment of a ladies train. Recently the show had got an extension, but the producers decided to wind it up as a result of which four episodes that were already shot will now never see the light of day.

(Unfortunately) Yeh Ladies Special December 9 ko yard mein jaayegi! Yes, the much-acclaimed Sony show is all set to wrap up next. The show was doing very well and had recently got an extension of 16 episodes too,but the makers have decided to wind it up. Though the real reason behind this sudden development is not yet known, it is said the new developments recently introduced in the show failed to generate the desired ratings. The producers did not even bother to give the show a second chance as it was one of the best shows of the channel.

Actor Ashita Dhawan is currently entertaining the viewers with her jovial act as Malti in <em>Bidaai</em> and as the fiery Babli in <em><a href = http://www.tellychakkar.com/snippets/fifth-lady/fifth-lady-ladies-special>Ladies Special</a></em> simultaneously. And personally too she is on cloud nine these days. Reason - She is all set to take the sacred vows with her beau Saillesh Gulabani. However her impending D day, that’s early next year, has created a lot of confusion amongst her fans.
