The makers of Anupamaa are gearing up for a huge leap in the show which will see actors like Alisha Parveen, Shivam Khajuria, Varun Kasturia, Spreha Chatterjee, Ishita Dixit among others playing pivotal roles.

Shweta recently starred in the web series Indian Police Force directed by Rohit Shetty, and will next be seen in a project by Karan Johar. She would also star in Singham Again as well. She may have found the movie on her own, but when it comes to work, she turns to her mother, television actress Shweta Tiwari. “When Palak gets a script before an audition, she comes to me asking for tips on how to go about saying the lines. She performs scenes with me and understands me," Shweta told the popular news portal.

However, she had problems with her second marriage as well, and in 2019 she and Abhinav announced their split.
