The Mumbai Court grants another 60 days to Narcotics Control Bureau to file a charge sheet in the Mumbai Cruise Drugs Case that involves SRK’s son Aryan Khan
The Narcotics Control Bureau today sought 90 more days to file a charge sheet in the Mumbai drugs-on-cruise case. The anti-drugs agency was supposed to file the charge sheet by April 2 in the case where film star Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan was arrested along with 19 others.
There is no evidence that Aryan Khan, the son of actor Shah Rukh Khan, was part of a larger drugs conspiracy or an international drugs trafficking syndicate. There were several irregularities in the raid on the yacht Cordelia.
Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14, 2020. Three central government agencies - the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) are probing the case.
According to the reports, on Friday evening, Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was interrogated for hours by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the NCB in connection with the drug bust case.
After receiving bail last Friday from the Bombay High Court, Aryan Khan was spotted at the NCB office where he had to come to mark his attendance, as a part of his bail conditions
