Indian TV viewers have watched childless celebrity couples deal with children on Imagine TV's <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/ngo-demands-ban-pati-patni-aur-woh>Pati Patni Aur Woh</a>. Now they will get to see how men behave when they are forced to become homemakers when their wives decide to take time off from their traditional role in a new reality series that is slated to go into production for Star Plus later this month called <em>Wife Bina Life</em>.

She has been shooting in the jungles of Satara. An insider says, “Debina was chosen for the role because they wanted a good actress for the episode. She is doing her own stunts and she has even refused to use a body double for the show.”

The Gods have finally engaged! Gurmeet Chaudhary and Debina Bonnerjee who played Ram and Sita in Imagine’s <em><a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/defense-ramayan>Ramayan</a></em> have taken the first step towards matrimony. The couple has being dating since the days of <em>Ramayan</em>. After Gurmeet proposed to Debina on the reality show, <em><a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/ngo-demands-ban-pati-patni-aur-woh>Pati Patni Aur Woh</a></em>, their fans had been waiting for them to walk down the aisle.

There is lots of drama going on in <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/temporary-respite-pati-patni-ngos-plan-their-next-move>Pati Patni aur woh</a>. In the beginning the show got a notice from an NGO and was dragged to court, after which there was the </a href= http://www.tellychakkar.com/gossip/will-rakhi-go-another-swayamvar>Rakhi</a> and Elesh controversy.

Just as the show launched amidst much publicity yesterday there has also been a lot of protest against the content of the show. Everyone from concerned individuals to NGOs have voiced their concerns as the show deals with infants who are just six months young. A Delhi-based NGO Uday Foundation filed a complaint to Minister of State for Women and Child Development (WCD) Krishna Tirath against NDTV Imagine's <em>Pati Patni Aur Woh</em>.
