It is becoming highly impossible for Pratigya (Pooja Gor) to fake her pregnancy anymore and in the upcoming episodes she will be forced to reveal this secret not only in front of Krishna’s (<a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/interviews/it-was-my-first-audition-and-i-got-selected-arhaan-behll>Arhan Behl</a>) family but also hers.

Producer <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/pooja-gor-pearl-grey-s-debut-show>Pearl Grey</a> is set to produce a daily show for Colors. The story will be based on a socially relevant topic and script writer Shantibhushan (who has also penned for successful serials like <em><a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/after-laali-siddeshwari-now-threatens-shekhar-agle-janam>Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo</a></em> and <em>Pratigya</em>) is busy working on the storyline. That done, the casting will start.

In the May 8 bumper episode of Pratigya, Pratigya (Pooja Gor) will stand for her bhabhi and fight for her rights. She is strongly fighting against her brother-in-law (Shakti) who wants to terminate his wife’s pregnancy for the fifth time. And just when he has almost succeeded in fulfilling his intentions, Pratigya will save her <em>bhabhi</em> and the baby.

In Pratigya, Krishna (Arhaan Behll) is facing a tough time thawing the ice with Pratigya (Pooja Gor) and his inability to consummate their marriage. But he will soon bump into a very happily married man played by Varun Badola. The latter will meet him at the same resort where the couple is staying during their honeymoon and will enlighten him by giving him some useful tips.

Star Plus’ recently launched show Pratigya boasts of some not so popular but promising actors. Pooja Gor, earlier seen in Balaji Telefilms’ Kitani Mohabbat Hai is the show’s protagonist and Arhaan Behl has debuted with Pratigya. The story talks about women fighting for their rights; upholding their dignity. The show started in December, 2009 and in a matter of three months, is among the top three shows of the channel. Apparently, it has even outshone rival show <em>Na Aana Iss Des Laado. Pratigya</em> has clocked a rating of 4 plus for the past couple of weeks.

Pratima Kazmi will soon be seen in a positive avatar in Star Plus' <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/pratigya-gets-parallel-female-lead>Pratigya</a>. She is currently seen playing a negative character in <em><a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/tapasya-making-ichchas-life-hell-again>Uttaran</em>

Star Plus' <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/shooting-pratigya-halted-day>Pratigya</a> has had a new entry - the relatively new Parvati Sehgal. Sehgal's character of Komal is in complete contrast to the protagonist Pratigya (Pooja Gor). With Komal's entry that was aired on Thursday, the story will now focus on the two girls.

The shooting of <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/kangna-ranaut-unveil-pratigya>Pratigya</a>,newly launched on Star Plus, was brought to a halt after about 70 unit members decided to go on a strike on Monday. The reason cited by one of the aggrieved members is the non-payment of the dues for the extra time they worked. The group included members from lighting, spot boy,setting and dress department.

It’s possibly the first time a B-town actress will unveil a TV show. Kangana Ranaut will be introducing Pooja Gor, the lead protagonist of Star Plus’s <em>Pratigya</em> when the show launches in Delhi.
