Shweta Kawatra and her hubby Manav Gohil who was last seen in <em> Nach Baliye 2</em> has got another opportunity to be in a show together. We are not talking about a reality show but a travel show. “Yes we are hosting a travel show together with Deepti Bhatagnar. Recently we had been to Finland with her for the same,” confirms Shweta.

After playing Nivedita in <em> Kumkum</em> for almost six months now, looks like Shweta Kawatra has decided to call it quits from the afternoon raker.The sultry vamp, better known as Pallavi from <em> Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii,</em> finds it extremely difficult to cope up with the long and gruesome working hours of daily soaps.

Two versatile actors, Varun and Shweta Kawatra have come together for the first time for a comedy show titled <em>Sohni Mahiwal</em> on Doordarshan. The show is a half hour primetime weekly comedy produced by UTV and directed by Rajesh Puri. Varun Badola: Trying his hand at comedy! Interestingly both the actors are trying their hand at comedy after playing serious roles on television.

Come 11 July, there will be yet another crime show on air, <em>Crime and Punishment</em>, this time on Sahara Samay Rashtriya. Hosted by Shweta Kawatra, the show will only deal with crimes of passion. "The premise of this show is that it will deal with human frailities. Everyone commits mistakes and it is up to the others to learn from these mistakes," says Suhaib Ilyasi.
