Actress Raavee Gupta Biddvai marks her comeback into the entertainment industry post taking a break of over 8 years now post-embarking upon motherhood.

After various attempts to increase the viewership of <em> Sujata </em> went in vain, the show is finally going off air. The last episode will telecast on December 11. On Sony, <em>Sujata </em> is third in line to go off air after<em> Arslaan and Waqt </em>. Of late the show introduced many twists and turns along with changes in tracks to raise the TRP. After which the time slot was changed from 10 pm to 7:30 pm.

Sujata Krishnamurthy is all geared to make a cameo appearance in Zee TV’s <em> Saat Phere </em>. Sujata was last seen playing a cameo in 9X’s <em> Jiya Jale </em>. Talking about her role, she says, “I’m playing a cameo whereby I’ll be shooting for about 21 episodes. I play the character of <em> Gurumaa</em>, who resides in an ashram. Saloni (Rajshri Thakur) brings her ailing husband Nahar (Sharad Kelkar) to the ashram for healing. However, the head of our ashram is busy with his tapasya and can’t be disturbed. I’d shot for up to two episodes after which the strike was called.”

Mrinal Deshraj who plays a vamp in <em> Sujata </em> will soon make her exit from the show. Her character was introduced few months ago as the most cunning vamp ever on the show. But unfortunately, her role is presently coming to an end.

There is a new replacement in,<em> Sujata</em>. Hassan Zaidi who played Neel, boyfriend of<em>Sujata</em>’s daughter Saara (Shweta Mahadik) has been replaced by Farhan Siddiqui. Farhan, brother of actress Sadiya Siddiqui, was seen playing a negative character in the film<em> Humraaz</em>. He has also done a show on DD titled <em>Jasoos Vijay</em>, where he played the lead. Hassan couldn’t commit his time for this show as he is getting married in real life, so he opted out and Farhan stepped in.

<em> Sujata </em> will soon have a new track. This track will show Saara (Shweta Mahadik), daughter of Sujata getting married. The show will also have the re-entry of some old characters that were not seen of late in the show.

Prime time show <em> Sujata </em> on Sony has a new vamp who will soon start making life miserable for Sujata. Mrinal Deshraj will enter the show in a mean role.
