Sonia Singh, aka Richa of Colors’ Parichay, has been playing negative characters from the time she started her television career. However the lady has no qualms of playing a vamp too. Ask her as to how did it all start, to which she quickly answers, “When I went for my first audition, they offered me a negative role. I think their offer came to me since I have curly hair that made me look like a vamp (laughs). From there, I kept on getting negative roles that I could never decline.”

Prime time show <em> Sujata </em> on Sony has a new vamp who will soon start making life miserable for Sujata. Mrinal Deshraj will enter the show in a mean role.

<em> Karam Apna Apna</em> on Star Plus has a new vamp. Priya Arya is entering the show and will portray her nasty side to the hilt. She will be introduced in today’s episode. Priya is playing Dr. Prateek’s (Sandeep Baswana) chaachi. She is the boss in a company where Samar (Yash Tonk) happens to work as a driver. Elaborating Priya says, “I am very excited. I have just started shooting since the past 3-4 days. I haven’t shot for a full fledged scene, so I am yet to experience the feel of being a part of this show.”

The vivacious <em> Ami Trivedi</em> who is seen in<em> Zaara</em> has bagged a cameo on Zee’s<em> Rakhi</em.. The chulbuli actress has entered the show as<em> Lavanya </em>and will be taking revenge on Nandini (Nupur Joshi) and her family. “For the first time I’ll be essaying a negative role on screen. This will be a cameo for just a few months,” confirms Ami.
