MUMBAI:Angoori gets a call from Ammaji. Angoori greets her. Ammaji is shivering and greets her back. Angoori asks her that why is she shivering? Ammaji says that the weather is under negative and it’s freezing. Angoori says that here weather is not that cold. Ammaji asks about Vibhu ‘s preparation? Angoori says that she’s been disturbing him. Ammaji tells her to continue. Angoori tells her that his exam is coming soon. Ammaji advises her to stop him from entering the examination hall. Angoori agrees with her.

Vibhu gets gods blessing because he’s going for his IAS exam. He decides to call his mother and but she ignores him. Vibhu gets confused but now he calls his father to inform him about this joyous news. Angoori shows up with a scooty and she hits him. Vibhu gets shouts and falls on the road. Ammaji calls Angoori tells her that there’s some change in remedy, now she has help succeed, instead of becoming a hindrance. Angoori gets shocked and Ammaji tells her to drop Vibhu to the examination hall.
Angoori drops him. Vibhu is covered in bandages and goes to the examination hall. Angoori wishes him well.
Anu tells David that Vibhu isn’t at home since morning. All the household chores are left. David tells Anu that Vibhu has left to see his results. Vibhu shows up all excited and tells David that he became collector. He hugs David. Vibhu gives the newspaper to Anu. She reads that Vibhu has became collector with the highest rank and marks. Anu gets excited and tries to hug him. Vibhu stops her says that why is she so loving all of a sudden? Vibhu stops David too and says that he going for a meeting with a senior.
Everyone is sitting at tea stall and reads that Vibhu has became an IAS. Prem says that he’s been really upset because Vibhu became collector and can’t comprehend this news. Tillu says that they should be proud of Vibhu. Gupta agrees with Tillu and says that they go and congratulate him, now he might be really helpful person.
Vibhu is talking in a phone and says that he look for the betterment of his society. Everyone gathers Vibhu. Vibhu ignores them and leaves.
Vibhu is drinking at his house. Tiwari shows up and sits with him. Tiwari tries to eat some snack. Vibhu yells at him just like he did to him when he was sitting with him. Vibhu tells him that he didn’t allowed him to even sit. Tiwari says that they have already drank together and had beautiful memories. Tiwari says that he’s also his neighbour. Vibhu says that he’s just a person who has a small shop of undergarments in the market. Tiwari feels disrespected. Vibhu asks if he have a license of his shop? Tiwari says yes and invites him, he indirectly tells him that he will bribe him too. Vibhu gets angry and tells Tiwari to turn around and leave.
Everyone has gathered to see Vibhu’s interview where he will address everything. A person praises Vibhu and continues with the interview he asks Vibhu that whom does he wants to credit of his success. Vibhu says that he wants to thank himself and also the stray dogs, because whenever he was sitting under the street light studying they always used to gather like they encourages him. Vibhu nows gives credit…but Anu thanks him already. Vibhu says that he didn’t thanked her. Now Vibhu gives credit to mosquitoes too, because they always used to make him up. Vibhu now gives his credits to Angoori. Vibhu says that Angoori always used to entertain him whenever he was down. The interviewer asks Vibhu that what will he do to change this colony? Vibhu says that he will try to remove to unwanted bushes while staring at Tiwari. The interviewer senior gives Vibhu his award. The asistent tells the senior that Vibhu has not cleared the examination. The person who succeeded has the name “Misra” instead of “Mishra”. The senior gets angry and yells at Vibhu. Everyone gets angry on Vibhu. Vibhu says that he’s returning home to clean the dishes. Tiwari laughs at Vibhu.
