MUMBAI:The episode starts with Garimacharya feeling uneasy about Malishka and Kiran’s arrival, believing it to be a bad omen. She regrets not telling Neelam the truth about Lakshmi’s pregnancy but acknowledges that Lakshmi had stopped her.

When she meets Lakshmi, the latter apologizes for avoiding her earlier. Garimacharya reassures her and reminds her that she carries the burdens of her loved ones, which is why she is cherished by the Goddess. When asked if she has ever felt like giving up, Lakshmi firmly states she never has, prompting Garimacharya to call her God’s favorite child.
Garimacharya then decides to tell Neelam about Lakshmi’s pregnancy, but Lakshmi pleads with her not to. She reveals that Malishka is also pregnant with Rishi’s child, and she has made her choice. Although Garimacharya initially agrees, she later prays for guidance, torn about revealing the truth.
Meanwhile, the Oberoi family anxiously awaits updates on Ayush, whose condition is critical. Shalu sneaks into the operation theatre but is forced to leave. A nurse later urges the family to pray for Ayush’s survival.
Rishi confronts Malishka about coming unannounced and insists on visiting Garimacharya. Malishka and Kiran try to stop him, with Malishka faking illness to divert his attention. Concerned, Rishi takes her to the hospital instead.
At the temple, Shalu prays for Ayush’s recovery and begins to suspect Anushka’s involvement in his condition. Meanwhile, in jail, Anushka and Neel argue, leading to Neel’s transfer to another cell.
During the drive, Rishi again questions Malishka’s real motives for meeting Garimacharya. She insists she was only worried about Ayush but acts hurt when Rishi doubts her. Pretending to feel worse, she manipulates him into getting her water, continuing her act upon his return.

Later, the doctor informs Neelam that Ayush is stable, but his discharge is still uncertain. As the episode nears its end, Shalu storms into the police station and slaps Anushka, signaling a brewing confrontation.
