MUMBAI:Rishi, overwhelmed with emotion, tells Ayush he can’t bear to see Lakshmi in such a state. Even now, she asks him not to cry. Pleading with Neelam to save her, he leaves the room, followed by Daadi, who tries to console him. Meanwhile, Balwinder and Kiran sneak into the basement CCTV room. When Balwinder hears a noise, Kiran suggests stealing the hard drive. As Balwinder steps out to investigate, he sees Shalu, who calls out to him from the other side of a mirror. Panicked, he rushes back inside.

Aanchal and the others decide to call the police. She tells Neelam that Lakshmi is Rishi’s entire life. Meanwhile, Balwinder warns Kiran and escapes through a window, while Kiran hides the hard drive. Shalu enters the room searching for Balwinder. At the Oberoi house, Karishma convinces Neelam that Lakshmi must leave, fearing her presence will affect Ayush’s life. Though reluctant, Neelam agrees. Rishi, however, prays desperately for Lakshmi’s recovery.
The doctor reviews Lakshmi’s reports and informs a nurse that she is pregnant, calling it good news. Malishka and Neelam try to reassure Rishi, but he tells Malishka she can’t understand true love because she has never truly loved anyone. Hurt and furious, Malishka storms out, feeling insulted. Kiran remains hidden until Shalu leaves but makes a noise, making Shalu suspicious. She locks the CCTV room door and calls Ayush, believing she has caught the culprit. Kiran, still inside, overhears their conversation.
Elsewhere, a nurse steps out to check the hallway and finds no one. She then informs Malishka that Lakshmi and her baby are fine, which frustrates Malishka even more. Ayush and Shalu rush into the CCTV room, only to find it empty—Kiran had escaped through the window. Though disappointed, Ayush encourages Shalu to stay hopeful. As they check the footage, the power suddenly goes out. Shalu worries that hospital staff might disapprove of their actions, so they decide to leave.

Later, Malishka sneaks into Lakshmi’s room, furious that she’s coming between her and Rishi. She threatens to kill Lakshmi and her baby, even confessing that she locked herself in cold storage to frame her. Insisting that Rishi belongs only to her, Malishka grabs a pillow to suffocate Lakshmi. Just then, Rishi walks in and catches her. Startled, Malishka quickly lies, saying she was only adjusting the pillow. Rishi, unaware of her true intentions, tells her he will handle it himself.
