MUMBAI: Kiran urges Malishka to play the victim in front of everyone, prompting Malishka to devise a plan. Meanwhile, Neelam and Harleen question why those people targeted Lakshmi, as the family grows fearful and sympathizes with her. Rishi expresses regret for not being there for Lakshmi during her suffering. Shalu speaks to the doctor, requesting secrecy about Lakshmi’s pregnancy, and thanks her as Lakshmi regains consciousness.

Lakshmi anxiously asks about her baby, and the doctor reassures her. Rishi rushes to Lakshmi’s side, apologizing for his absence. Malishka overhears and secretly wishes Rishi hadn’t arrived in time, plotting to kill Lakshmi. The doctor advises Rishi to care for Lakshmi, who remains by her side, comforting her. The doctor updates the family on Lakshmi’s stable condition, and Neelam expresses gratitude.
Malishka grows frustrated seeing everyone sympathize with Lakshmi and decides to distract them. Rishi vows never to leave Lakshmi alone again, easing her worries about the baby. The next day, Aanchal informs Neelam that her college friend Shailaja is visiting. Neelam plans to surprise Shailaja by announcing Malishka’s pregnancy and organizing a baby shower. While Harleen and Ayush disapprove, Neelam proceeds with the plan.
Later, Malishka confides in Anushka, scheming to turn everyone against Lakshmi by framing her for an attack on Malishka’s unborn child. Kiran approves the plan, and Anushka suggests staging a scene where Malishka pretends Lakshmi pushed her. Malishka agrees and promises to help Anushka keep Shalu away from Ayush in return.
Meanwhile, Rishi and Ayush discuss the sudden baby shower plans, with Harleen explaining it’s for Neelam’s friend. Rishi notices Lakshmi’s distress as she struggles to expose Malishka’s truth, failing to convince Rishi.
