MUMBAI: Rano approaches Neelam, praising her decision to arrange Ayush and Shalu’s marriage. Neelam responds, saying everything she does is for the well-being of her family.Meanwhile, Ayush asks Rishi why Lakshmi wants to leave. Rishi explains that Lakshmi feels there is no place for her in his life because of what happened with Malishka. He confesses his deep love for Lakshmi but admits he doesn’t know how to convince her to stay. Ayush suggests making Lakshmi jealous by getting closer to Malishka, and Rishi agrees to act on the idea.

Neelam tells Shalu to be ready for jewelry shopping the next day. Rano comments, suggesting that Neelam should pick Shalu up from their house. Rano then takes Shalu and leaves.Neelam reminds Rishi about taking Malishka to her doctor’s appointment. Rishi agrees, and Neelam also asks Ayush to take Shalu shopping. Ayush agrees and invites Rishi to join him. Rishi says he will try and leaves.
That night, Malishka has a nightmare where Garimacharya reveals the truth about her pregnancy to Rishi. Panicked, she calls Kiran and shares her fears. Kiran warns her to be careful, saying that morning dreams often come true. Malishka scolds Kiran for scaring her more and ends the call.The next morning, Lakshmi invites Rishi to join everyone for breakfast. Malishka soon joins them as well. Neelam reminds Malishka about her doctor’s appointment, and Malishka assures her she remembers.
Neelam insists that Rishi accompany Malishka, but Malishka declines, saying she will go alone. However, remembering Ayush’s advice, Rishi insists on taking her.Worried that Rishi might discover the truth about her pregnancy, Malishka calls Kiran again. Kiran advises her to use the family as an excuse to cancel the appointment, and Malishka agrees.Lakshmi notices Malishka intentionally twisting her ankle to avoid the doctor’s visit.
Malishka pretends to be in pain, and Lakshmi starts to suspect that Malishka is faking her injury to stop Rishi from accompanying her.Rishi helps Malishka to bed. Neelam offers to call the doctor home, but Malishka declines, saying she will visit the doctor the next day instead. Rishi agrees and leaves.Later, Shalu notices Lakshmi deep in thought and asks if something is wrong. Lakshmi shares her suspicions about Malishka’s behavior, and Shalu suggests that Malishka might be hiding something.

Meanwhile, Ayush approaches Shalu to talk, but she suddenly becomes shy and leaves. Ayush is puzzled by her reaction. When Rishi asks what happened, Ayush tells him about Shalu’s sudden shyness. Shalu confides in Lakshmi about her own behavior, saying she doesn’t understand why she felt so shy around Ayush. Rishi later explains to Ayush that Shalu is acting differently because their marriage is approaching, and things are changing between them. He teases Ayush about it.
