MUMBAI: The episode starts with Karishma worrying about Ayush’s condition while Shalu becomes emotional seeing him. Rishi encourages Shalu to confess her love, believing it will help Ayush recover. Meanwhile, Jaya takes Malishka to meet Garimacharya, despite Kiran’s skepticism. Malishka, curious about Garimacharya’s abilities, seeks confirmation about Lakshmi’s pregnancy.

At the hospital, Shalu resolves to do anything for Ayush’s recovery. A nurse arrives with the necessary blood, reassuring everyone. Lakshmi informs them that Ayush will be fine. Rishi, overwhelmed with gratitude, confesses his love to Lakshmi and embraces her—just as Neelam witnesses the moment.
Neelam later confronts Lakshmi, questioning her intentions and reminding her of her promise to leave Rishi for Shalu’s happiness. Lakshmi reassures Neelam that she will keep her word.

Garimacharya, invoking divine power, shocks Malishka by questioning whether she is truly carrying the Oberoi heir or someone else’s child, leaving Malishka frozen in disbelief.
