Summer means dehydration, skin tanning, and exhaustion. Sun shines upon you so relentlessly that it's a pain to step out of the house.
We asked our favorite TV stars their plans to beat the heat this summer… And here is what they said:
Samridh Bawa: I drink lots of water and lime juice to keep myself hydrated. I wear cotton clothes, mostly light and white color-ed clothes when I am shooting outdoors. I also make sure to have Glucon D.
Mahima Makwana: For me, it has to be nimbu pani and lots of water. It keeps your body cool and hydrated. I love indulging in ice-creams and juices as well.
Sayantani Ghosh: Chaas is one drink that I really cherish during the heat. I also love having nimbu pani as it's a great source of instant energy. I never step out without sun block, any time of the year.
Anita Hassanandani: I drink lots of water, coconut water, and lime juice. I tie my hair up so that I don’t feel hot . Also, I keep washing my face from time to time to be hydrated.
Ishita Ganguly: Light food and lots of water. And never ever step out without sunscreen, shades and your scarf.
Shruti Kanwar: Swimming is great way to get rid of the heat but use tons of moisturizer and sunscreen during and after swimming. Have lots of fruit juices, ice creams and light food.
Niketan Madhok: Drinking lots of water is one way to keep you healthy in the hot summer days. Avoid oily food.
Kunal Jaisingh: I almost drink 8-10 glasses of water every day. Also, a good sunscreen lotion is a must. I keep sipping on lime juice throughout the day.
