Strong moms on Sony TV

Mothers can make or break a person because they are first heroes. They not only know us inside out, but also help us choose and decide wisely in life. There are many such mommies on the small screen who mold the lead characters into our favourites but Sony Entertainment Television offers the best lot…take a look at such moms:

Parvarrish:

Simran and Surinder (Gautami Kapoor and Sangeeta Ghosh) might be a strict mother to a fault, but they can lay down their life for their kids. Isn’t that how our ma is?

Kuch Rang Pyar Ke:

As an independent woman who raised her son on her own, Ishwari (Supriya Pilgaonkar) is definitely an ideal mother.

Sankat Mochan Mahabali Hanuman:

As Hanuman’s mother, Anjana (Barkha Bisht Sengupta) is fiercely protective of her son. At the same time, she knows his potential and urges him to put it to the best use.

Ek Duje Ke Vaaste:

Nirmala (Geetanjali Tikekar), is the lead Shravan's (Namik Paul) estranged mother. Even though they are not on good terms, their bond doesn’t break away so easily.

Suryaputra Karn:

Despite the injustice meted out to Karn (Gautam Rode) in the Hindu epic, he never had any hard feelings for his mother Kunti (Priya Bathija). Similarly, she wanted only the best for her eldest son though she had given up on him as a child.
