#WorldHealthDay: Actors who need 'health tips'

Actors who need

‘Health is Wealth’, and when one is bestowed with good health, it is said that you can win over any adverse situation with all the will power and confidence.

Yes, today i.e. 7 April is the World Health Day, and we do not need a better occasion to talk about body fitness and better means to improve one’s system.

Have you gone off the ‘weight’ radar a tad bit? Or has the stress and hectic schedule made you weak and fragile?

Here is Tellychakkar.com getting into an ‘observatory’ mode. Of course, we take the seat of being the dieticians for a day, and prescribe our favourite actors with the do’s and don’ts when it comes to food intake and lifestyle.

Ram Kapoor

Wow, kudos to the man’s hard working nature, even when he has a huge belly to take care of (wink). Ram, it’s high time you got on the treadmill near to you and shed some fat… Also, it is important to watch what is on your plate and gulp on the lowest calorie food.

Nia Sharma

A few more kilos added on to your system will make you look all the more elegant and good-looking… You can indeed manage a bite into the high-calorie foods in order to put on.

Harshad Chopda

The recent slim and trim look is certainly perfect!! But you can now get into a newer avatar by building on to a macho man look. Eat healthy and build some muscles. Get high on protein.

Sara Khan

You tend to have a weak look in your eyes at times!! Guess the best way to stay healthy is to take your food at regular intervals, catch on with more of sleep and believe that you are the best.

Bharti Singh

You can certainly watch out on the food you take, and choose the ones which are fiber rich with less of fat. Also, it will be great if you could take to some regular exercise regime and walk on the treadmill.

Shantanu Maheshwari

For your tall stature, you would certainly look good if you put on little bit weight. Do you mind gulping few bananas and sweets? Get going if you have no objection.

Delnaaz Irani

Cut out on the sweets and fatty food, go for regular brisk walks. That will help you burn down the extra fat.

Sanaya Irani

There is an anorexic feeling about you. You need to watch out on your eat pattern, and sleep well to give your body the required comfort level.

Mishkat Varma

You would indeed look more mature and graceful if you add on to your body weight. Eat more, but yes, eat healthy, and you will derive the perfect body shape.

Nakuul Mehta

Enjoy the luxury of hogging on to more food, as we think you will look more handsome with a bit more weight added on.

Sonakshi Sinha

The baby fat can be trimmed down by hitting the gym frequently. Dietary food can help you gain your goal in terms of good health.

Vidya Balan

You need to get on to the nearest treadmill and exercise regularly to get back in shape.
