MUMBAI: Leena expresses her disapproval of Neil’s decision to marry Teju instead of Juhi. Alok and Amruta acknowledge Neil’s intention to help Mukta and her children but insist that this doesn’t mean he should marry Teju. Neil tries to convince Leena and his family that he knows Teju well and stands by his choice. However, Leena firmly declares that if he proceeds with this marriage, she will not be a part of it, and she leaves after making her stance clear.
Meanwhile, the Chavan family scolds Mukta and her children for going to the temple with Neil. Mukta reminds them that they were willing to go with their neighbors, yet Neil taking them became an issue. Satish questions why Mukta didn’t simply agree with him instead of causing conflict. Lakshmi criticizes Mukta and her children.
Vinod tries to persuade Neil to marry Juhi instead of Teju, warning him against pursuing something impossible. Neil argues that his decision is not impossible. Alok questions whether someone influenced Neil’s thinking, expressing his distrust. Amruta agrees with Alok, and Jeetu also advises Neil against marrying Teju. Neil, disappointed, tells Jeetu he expected him to be different as an artist but finds him just like the others. Vinod asks if Neil is willing to go against Leena for this marriage. Neil responds that he won’t go against her but urges them to consider his decision.
Mukta, frustrated by Lakshmi’s constant criticism, asks her to stop, saying she is exhausted. Teju questions why no one objected when Neil took them to the temple but now opposes them. Satish rebukes Teju for speaking against the elders. Deepali reminds Mukta that she always supported her despite opposition but believes she is in the wrong this time. Mukta is shocked by Deepali’s stance. Deepali urges Mukta to see her perspective, pointing out that Neil ignored Juhi upon arrival and only focused on Mukta’s family.
Later, Satish announces his decision to arrange Teju’s marriage with someone he knows, with Sonali and Omi supporting him. Teju refuses, asserting her right to pursue her dreams. The Chavan family criticizes her, and Juhi and Aditi take her inside to diffuse the tension. Meanwhile, Manjari brings chocolate ice cream for Neil and encourages him to open up about his problems. Teju asks Mukta if she told the family she doesn’t want this marriage. Mukta confirms she did, but they refused to listen.
