Anita Hassanandani - the real reason behind Eijaz's exit from Bade Achhe?

Weird is the way of TV casting. Apart from good looks and ability to act, sometimes, even interpersonal relationship plays an important role when it comes to making decisions. Now, let us come to the point. The TV world has been abuzz lately with Balaji Telefilms’ sudden decision to drop Eijaz Khan and replace him with Sameer Kochhar as the love interest of Sakshi Tanwar post leap in Sony Entertainment Television’s Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. The clarification that has been making rounds is that in the look test Eijaz appeared way younger than Sakshi and hence was replaced by more mature looking Sameer. However, our khabru brings us the real reason behind the replacement drama. Apparently, Eijaz’s ex girlfriend, Anita Hassanandani wanted to lead Eijaz up the garden path and then drop him like a hot potato. Yes…you read it right. Anita and Ekta Kapoor are very good friends and it is believed that Anita asked Balaji head honcho for help. Another source said that when he heard that Eijaz was again being selected for Balaji, he was surprised as, “Anita would never let him enter Balaji again.” The source further added that the fact Eijaz’s last show Shubh Vivah on the same channel did not work out might have given Ekta and Anita more ammunition to fire at Eijaz, besides the younger looking element.
