Actress Gwyneth Paltrow is reportedly dating "Glee" co-creator and executive producer Brad Falchuk. The 41-year-old actress, who announced her split from singer Chris Martin in late March after a decade of marriage, is said to have been swept off her feet by the "Glee" co-creator, reports femalefirst.co.uk. According to a source, things between the Oscar winner, who has appeared on five episodes of the series since 2010, and the 43-year-old executive producer, who split from his wife of 10 years, Suzanne, early last year, "started off professionally," but their relationship recently evolved into something more.
