MUMBAI: The Episode starts with Ranbir taking Meghla inside the orphanage, where she speaks to the in-charge about her past. Ranbir also explains Meghla’s background. Meghla expresses her desire to find her biological parents. The father, who wasn’t in charge at the time, informs her that he has gathered some information. He reveals that her parents were Iravati and Anantya Mukherji, leaving Meghla and Ranbir shocked. Meghla becomes emotional.
Meanwhile, Mahua confides in Chandan about her pain regarding Meghla’s search for her biological parents. Chandan is also hurt. The father then informs Meghla that her parents are no more. She asks about her relatives, but he explains that after her adoption, some relatives visited but were not informed about her due to the orphanage’s policies. Meghla feels disappointed. She requests more details, but Ranbir suggests that she learn from Meher, who was Iravati’s friend. Meghla and Ranbir then ask to see photos of her parents. The father questions her intentions, and Meghla clarifies that she only wants to see them, not hurt her foster parents.
Mahua tells Chandan that since they raised Meghla well, they shouldn’t be upset with her decision. She then brings up Adrija’s accident and holds Meghla responsible. Chandan disagrees and asks Mahua to stop blaming Meghla. Their argument remains unresolved due to their differing opinions, frustrating Mahua.
At the orphanage, the father promises to search for a photo of Meghla’s biological parents. Meghla feels happy and shares her connection with the orphanage. Ranbir expresses gratitude for Meghla’s adoption. Meghla promises to support the orphanage children once she starts earning. Ranbir offers his earnings, but Meghla insists on using her own money. Ranbir feels proud of her. The father appreciates Meghla’s kind thoughts, and Ranbir shares her musical talent. The father invites Meghla to perform at an orphanage event, and she happily agrees. Meghla and Ranbir then spend time with the children.
Chandan suggests bringing Adrija home, but Mahua supports her staying at Bajwa’s house. She believes Ranbir is helping Adrija out of guilt and again blames Meghla for the accident.
Ranbir and Meghla return home, and the family assumes Meghla failed in her search. Zoravar harshly criticizes her and warns Ranbir against taking unnecessary leave. Ranbir defends himself. Adrija advises Meghla to stop searching for her real parents and makes an indirect insult about them, angering Ranbir. Zoravar continues to belittle Meghla, prompting her to question him. Ranbir warns both Zoravar and Adrija to stay within their limits. Adrija storms off, but Simran stops her.
Meher urges Meghla to share what she learned from the orphanage. Meghla reveals that her parents are no longer alive and that her mother’s name was Iravati Mukherji, shocking everyone.
