MUMBAI:The Episode starts with Meher questioning Ranbir and Meghla about Adrija. Meghla explains that Adrija is busy with work, but Meher becomes upset and demands answers. She scolds both of them, and when Meghla attempts to justify their decision, Ranbir steps in, insisting that leaving Adrija to complete her work was not a big issue. Meher gets furious, reminding Ranbir that Adrija has been taking good care of Zoravar, so ensuring her safety is their responsibility. She then criticizes Meghla for abandoning Adrija. Ranbir tries to defend himself, but Zoravar confronts him and also holds Meghla accountable for his decision. Ranbir insists Meghla is not at fault, but Meher warns him to stop shielding her. She reprimands both, particularly Meghla, for neglecting Adrija, her own sister. Meghla tries to explain, but Meher refuses to listen.
Balveer and Kamla believe Adrija stayed behind to finish her work because she is a perfectionist. Harman questions Ranbir about why Adrija has not yet arrived home. Ranbir attempts to contact her but fails. The family is soon alarmed by news of a road accident and is horrified to learn that Adrija is the victim. Meghla blames Ranbir for deciding not to wait for her, but he insists he had no way of knowing this would happen and urges her to stop blaming him.
Meghla demands reassurance from Ranbir regarding Adrija’s condition. Ranbir states that he must go to the hospital and tries to comfort Meghla. The family decides to accompany him, but Meher attempts to stop Zoravar, who refuses to comply. Balveer advises Meher not to inform Balraj about the incident, and she agrees. As the family leaves for the hospital, Meher orders Meghla to stay back and rest, claiming she has done enough already. Meghla is stunned by the remark and firmly refuses, choosing to go to the hospital.
Chandan receives a call from a distressed Meghla, who breaks down in tears. Alarmed, he asks what happened. Mahua, awakened by the call, takes the phone and also inquires about the situation. Meghla informs them about Adrija’s accident, leaving Mahua in shock. As Meghla tries to reassure her, Mahua lashes out, blaming her. Meghla is deeply hurt by the accusation. Determined to see Adrija, both Chandan and Mahua head to the hospital.
During the journey, Ranbir attempts to calm Meghla, assuring her that Adrija will be fine. Meghla, however, continues to blame him for Adrija’s condition and is overwhelmed by the accusations she has faced. Frustrated, Ranbir loses his patience and angrily declares that everything is happening because of Meghla’s past mistake. Shocked by his outburst, Meghla is left speechless.

Upon reaching the hospital, the family learns that Adrija is undergoing treatment. Zoravar suggests transferring her to another hospital, but the doctor advises against it. He informs them that Adrija requires surgery. Ranbir takes charge of the pre-surgery formalities, and when Meghla offers to assist, he tells her he will handle everything. Mahua and Chandan arrive at the hospital, and Mahua breaks down while questioning the Bajwas about Adrija’s condition. Kamla pleads with her to stay strong, assuring her that Adrija is receiving the best possible care.
